By submitting items to our Buylist, you guarantee that all items are authentic and belong to you. Offers provided via our Hotlist or Buylist are conditional and subject to our physical inspection of the items. We reserve the right to adjust our offer or return the items at the sender's expense if the condition does not match the submitted details.
Items sent to "The Vault" are held in our secure, climate-controlled facility. Ownership of Vaulted items remains with the customer until they choose to sell, trade, or withdraw the items. Chogs Cards maintains comprehensive insurance for all Vaulted inventory. Additional specific terms and conditions apply to Vault accounts.
